Video shows woman harassing 4 Black soldiers at Virginia IHOP restaurant

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA. (NEXSTAR) – The video, broadly shared on social media, shows a bunch of black soldiers being molested by a woman who makes use of racist language in a restaurant in northern Virginia.

The incident occurred on April 19, when soldiers from Fort Belvoir have been having lunch at an IHOP restaurant outdoors the bottom, experiences the Army Times.

Richard advised the Army Times that the woman had made racial slurs towards her.
