SURFSIDE, Florida. – Chef José Andrés’ not-for-profit World Central Kitchen helps first responders at Champlain Towers South in Surfside, Miami’s Dade County.

World Central Kitchen started supplying first responders with contemporary meals on Thursday morning simply hours after the constructing collapsed.
